You’ll be greeted by a smile every time you come to see us, and our team will make each of your visits refreshingly smooth, convenient, and straightforward. They’ll always be by your side to answer questions and keep you comfortable, and you can start getting to know everyone below.
Monica, Office Manager
Monica has had an amazing 30+ year dental career, and she loves getting to know our patients and using her experience to answer their questions and address concerns. She started as a front desk associate and was promoted to office manager in just two years. Today, she has helped run four different practices, and we’re so glad to have her knowledge on our team!
Monica loves going to the beach in the summer, the mountains in autumn, and is always in the mood for a good book. She and her husband, Paul, reside in southern Anne Arundel County. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, Shaina, and grandson, Landon. Her family is complete with her two dogs, Maggie and Mollie.
Sara, Dental Hygienist
Sara believes the best thing about her job is creating trusting relationships with patients and seeing the same smiles returning for care. She began her dental career over a decade ago assisting in oral surgery. She graduated from Towson University and later earned her degree in dental hygiene from the Community College of Baltimore County. She completed an externship with the Annapolis Naval Academy Dental Brigade. She keeps up with the latest dental technologies as a member of the Triple Crown Hygiene Study Club. She is licensed in local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, periodontal laser therapy, as well as prescribing and administering medication.
Sara is married to Joe and is a proud dog mom to a silly whippet named Lolly. In her free time you can find her reading, gardening, and trying new recipes. She’s an avid supporter of local bookstores, coffee shops, and our national parks.
Tamika, Dental Hygienist
Tamika has had an amazing 25+ year dental career. Every day, her goal is to build relationships, calm any nerves, and make going to the dentist actually fun! A cum laude graduate from the West Virginia University School of Dentistry, she is also a member of Sigma Phi Alpha, the national honor society for dental hygiene. After finishing school, she did her externship at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center.
Tamika and her husband love to work out together, host parties, go on sushi dates, and cruise in the Caribbean and Central/South America. Always active and on the move, you’ll usually find her training for marathons, cooking, planning game nights, doing jigsaw puzzles, or reading a good book.
Amber, Patient Care Coordinator
Amber says our office is always a great place to be because it’s an upbeat and positive environment. With a degree in business management, she has worked in both general and pediatric dental practices through the years, and she came to us in 2025.
When Amber isn’t on the go traveling or exploring new places with her husband, she enjoys taking her Yorkie for walks and staying active. She is an avid baker, crafter, Girl Scout troop leader, and frequent school volunteer. On weekends, you’ll find her cheering for her two daughters at their various activities.
Tiffany, Lead Dental Assistant
Tiffany says she truly loves being a part of Severna Park Smiles because the dentist genuinely cares about our patients and staff, and that warmth can be felt in every corner of the practice. A graduate of Anne Arundel Community College, she has over a decade of experience along with certifications in oral sedation and dental X-rays.
Tiffany grew up as an only child, and her parents taught her early that it’s important for people to take care of each other, which eventually led her to dentistry. Outside of work, she enjoys lounging on the beach while reading, going to classic car shows with her husband, and getting on her bike every day.
Gwen, Dental Assistant
Gwen believes that the best thing about her job is having the chance to comfort and calm patients when they are anxious, showing them that getting a healthy, attractive smile doesn’t have to be stressful or painful. She attended Anne Arundel Community College for her dental education and has her certification in dental X-rays.
Originally from Pasadena, MD, Gwen likes to spend her free time with fiancé, Trevor, and puggle, Lola. She is currently immersed in planning her summer 2026 wedding. She also enjoys relaxing at the beach, exercising, listening to music, and watching movies (specifically horror).
